This is one of our favorite things to make after a hard days work. It's simple, and super tasty. The key, believe it or not - is the dough. We use frozen New York pizza dough (available in the freezer aisle at your local grocery store (Harris Teeter for you Winston locals)). You might also be able to get pizza dough at your local pizzeria (Burke St pizza, one of Winston's best pizzerias, sells balls of dough for $5). Then we use fresh mozzarella, a little bit of Emmentaler (or Jarlsberg) and parmesan, on top of Trader Joe's pizza marinara sauce (the $0.99 jar), after brushing the dough lightly with olive oil. Finally, top with tomato slices and your favorite herbes (we use oregano and herbes de provence). Bake at 450 for 17 minutes (can vary by oven). Delish!!
