Sashimi-grade tuna is shaped into a cube over a layer of ripe avocado, making for a smooth and decadent starter to your meal. The soy-lime dressing balances the dish beautifully. And the top is sprinkled with sesame seeds to add the textural mouth feel you are sure to love.
This was the best part of the meal if you exclude the housemade cheese popovers that come to every table - while I did not get a photo of these, they are a MUST have if you have the opportunity to visit this restaurant at any of its locations.
